[Nfb-web] html editors

[J-Squared]

Hello.
Programmer's File Editor is a basic text editor, but has features taylored 
to help people who use codes like HTML.

Contribute, which is what Gary mentioned, is a more full-featured web page 
designer. It is made by Adobe. Here's the link:
