[Nfb-web] problem uploading audio files

Peter,

There is a "passive FTP" option in Internet Explorer that sometimes solves issues introduced by firewalls. You might try that with Internet Explorer and see if that
helps. FTP Explorer may have a similar option but I do not know what it would be called or where you would find it. You might also turn off your firewall just to see if
that is the problem. Turn it back on after you have transferred the files, of course. If it is the firewall, there are approaches that can be used to let FTP data go
through. If neither of these work, you might try the FTP using the command line version, or if FTP Explorer has a "log" mode, turn that on to see if you are getting a
specific error message back from the FTP process. Make sure you have not used up your disk quota on the server, as well.
