[Nfb-web] NFB Presidential Releases Available Again

Charlie, it would make a great deal more sense to have current releases
at the top.  We're on it.

Speaking of this page, wouldn't it make more sense to have the current
releases at the top of the page moving the older ones down to the
bottom?
