Hang in there Melissa, what you see going on is just a friendly little 
debate which has taken on a life of its own.  Trust me, this will die down 
eventually.  Trust me, I've been on this list a good long while now; and, 
from time to time, this sort of happens.  You have my assurance that Dave 
and Mike won't let this thing get ugly.  Just hang in there.  I don't want 
you to leave us.  It's just a microcosem of society.  Not all blind people 
see things the same way; and, let me hasen to add, not all members of the 
NFB see things the same way.  I used to think that all members of the NFB 
thought exactly the same way about everything; but, I found out that aint 
so.  Please don't leave us Melissa.  We'd hate to see you go.

PS.  So, perhaps this is a good chance to change the subject.  Tell us how 
you're getting on.  This isn't a one topic list, so, feel free to just jump 
in every time you feel like it.  Stay with us.  We're just having a little 
spirited exchange of opinion.  That's all.

Hi whats up the name is melissa I signed up for nfb talk because I thought I 
would be able to talk to some really cool people but all have been reading 
this thing for 3 or 4 days now and all these people are doing is arguing 
back and forth and it is so ridiculous I am getting ready to say forget it 
its not worth listening to all that we have enough people out there 
questioning blind individuals without us questioning each other.
I guess what I am trying to say is please people stop arguing, kind of like 
the first person said and start helping each other out.
