[nfb-talk] Convention attendees from Wisconsin?

It's true, you can't vote unless you're a member of the NFB.  Just showing 
up at the convention isn't enough.

In order to vote, you must not only attend, but must also be a member of the
organization.  At least, that is my understanding.
