[nfb-talk] Need Advice: Chapter Meeting Locations andProgramming

Our chapter leaders sometimes ask in board meetings "why don't members get
involved more and do more stuff with/for the chapter." Well the answer
whether we want it to be or not is that they may feel a sense of not being
believed to be able to do the task at hand.
