I think that is the way it should be. In our chapter, there is a lot of
discomfort among the low-vision folks if a totally blind person wants to
serve snacks. I remember being told once by someone at the table "you should
let me do that because I can see." I'm sure the person meant no harm, but it
is not exactly promoting the philosophy we believe. Snacks are definitely
not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but that kind of bleeds over
in to other topics.
