Thank you Ray,
I really was not trying to be insulting. I was just trying to say
that it is easy for me. It has been a long day and I guess I need to
remember that we are all different and all intelligent, but all learn
things at different speeds and in different ways. I thought I was
being helpful, but it came out wrong. Sorry about that, and I also
would be happy to help if I can.
You first have to go to my account link and log in with your password
and pin number. There is a link also that says pay my bill on
line. From there, you can go in and set it up with a password. It
will ask for your bank account number and routing number which is
found on your check. There are edit boxes to fill all of this
in. As a tip, when you are choosing a password, they want one with
letters and a number or two in the middle and then more letters at
the end, for example, sunny23days. Also as a tip, when you are
filling out the amount you wish to pay after you have checked the box
that says other amount, do not use a dollar sign. Also it is easier
to just pay a flat dollar amount, example 25. It doesn't seem to
respond to decimal points very well. Good luck.
