One reason that QVC can't do much with helping with the bill pay section is
that they don't operate it. There's a bank (can't remember the name now)
who operates that site. So, QVC really has very little to do with it.

Hi there,
I have an account with QVC where I am being told they can't help you pay the
account on line.
I find the site dreadful to use.
I am asking them to go on line with me and tell me with the edit boxes what
to put in.
When I use my jaws to see if I can figure out what is next, I am jumped out
of the system.
I am told QVC doesn't have the set up to help me out.
I shared that one of the ladies on a Saturday helped me with getting my
account set up and we paid a bill.
Also when you get to the area to pay a bill, you can only pay either the
amount requested or the full payment.
Why can't you pay what you know you can pay.
I have even asked to speak to a supervisor where they say their computers
are the same.
Is it possible for us to get started asking them to change the site for us
to be able to pay our bills on line?
I am asked why I don't have my bank doing this for me.
Or I am asked when will a sighted person come to your home?
Thanks for any help you can give me.
