use QVC all the time and have no difficulty at all. Also, there is a place where you can pay what you want. It is labeled other amount and you can check it and then in the edit box type what you want. I hav eno vision and have absolutely no difficulty with any part of the QVC site including the set-up to pay bills and have been doing so ever since they first began the on-line bill payment method. It is a very accessbile site if you take the time and the patience to initially figure things out. It then becomes as simple as eating a piece of cake.
