[nfb-talk] jury dudy

Hello all!
I've served on a jury at least four different times. One is also paid for
serving! I thought it was a great privilege to do so. I was called on a
couple of other occasions and I agreed that I couldn't adequately sift
through some written material or pictures so on that particular case, I
didn't serve. Everyone at the courthouse was very helpful!
Those before us fought hard for the privilege of being able to serve on a
jury! Since we have won that right for the most part, we should exercise it
when we can! That's my take!

I wanted to serve on a jury in my county, but was told that a blind person
couldn't see the evidence. Youre is just repeating the same idiosity, "Your
blind... You can't do that... just be humble and conform." Its tugh. RJ
