And indeed, the premise was similar.  The Hollywood people wanted the park
to come complete with rubber walkways and safety railings and all kinds of
things so a blind person wouldn't get hurt.  They brought in NFB people
who did their best to convince the Hollywood people how silly all of that
really was.  The park still has "different textures" and the water fixture
can be heard from a distance (sigh) but overall from a visual perspective,
it looks like a park.

The difference is that in the case of Three Wishes, we saw respect for a
mother and her desire to take back her life so that she need not depend
upon other people to take care of her and her child.  You don't get that
when you watch Extreme Make-Over.
