[nfb-talk] Convention attendees from Wisconsin?

Nfb conventions vote is one delegate per affiliate/state 
Each affiliate elects its one delegate who represents that affiliate at a
roll call vote when the roll is called for a vote.

In order to vote, you must not only attend, but must also be a member of the
organization.  At least, that is my understanding.
