[nfb-talk] Canada has a Braille postage stamp

Do you live in the area to let us know if you can feel the Braille on the 
stamp?
That would be interesting to me.
If you feel the Braille, how do you know if the stamp is going on rite side 
up, or up side down.
I get the ones I use mixed up and I am sure many of a time I put them on up 
side down.
I do like to just stick them on.
Glad I don't have to lick a stamp any more.
