It also said that he was doing it with his left hand which was his off hand. 
Not to mention he had just had a fight and was holding a knife to another 
man's throat.  Physical combat is a rush in itself so I have no problems 
with him having a little problem with the dialing.  I would say perfectly 
unstandable in this case.
