I bet it was because he was nervice, now wouldn't you be?  I just diled
into a phone chat, on Monday night, reading my m-power with my right
hand and pressing the buttons with my left.  I was not nervice and got
it on the first try.

Hi, all. Well, I guess I've got to give the guy credit for subduing the 
intruder.   But seriously, it should not take 20 tries to dial three
numbers 
on a phone.  The article specifically said it was because he was
visually impaired that he had a hard time dialing.  Wow.
