[nfb-talk] Reading brf files

    Greetings,

    I am attempting to read brf files useing a Vista system and am feeling like I am stabbing staili under my finger nails.  Any suggestions for programs etc. that may be used to read these files?  

    Also so I don't have to bother the entire list I am wondering which list I should subscribe to for tech related commentary and questions.  The Promotion Tech committee seems reserved for members of that committee.  Is this correct?
