Did you see, april fools, at the end of the e-mail.  That tells you that
it is a joke and it is not true.  People send out jokes and play tricks
on each other on April first.  In the US we call it April Fools.  I do
not know if it exists in any other country.

I wonder if it's really true, although I don't believe that being blind
should affect her ability to run a country, especially with all the
advisors etc.
