I can't help but suspect that we are being given a since of urgency without 
much in the way of facts.  Yes, there are inferences; but, I think maybe we 
can help out a lot better if we try to separate the emotion of the moment 
from the hard facts of the case.  From what I gather, this is what's going 
on.

    Ken apparently started a new job just recently; and, it seems he was 
counting on Taxi Access to be his primary transportation both to and from 
work.  However, M. J. Management sent out letters of application so late 
that Ken is seemingly unable to get either to or from work.  This problem 
has seemingly just sprung up unexpectedly.  Still, I wonder.  IF this is 
such a big problem, why have we not heard from other Baltimore residence on 
this list about it?  I gather, unless I'm much mistaken, that Ken is still 
new to the Baltimore area.  I return to Cendy's question.  Is there no other 
alternative?  Obviously, Ken has to get  to his job; and, presumably, his 
boss will not be willing to wait for a solution to be worked out.  It seems 
to me that I'd like to have further details of just what is going on here. 
Any chance other residents of the Baltimore area who might perhaps know more 
could jump in on this one?

Hi Fellow Federationists, M.J. Management runs Taxi Access and they waited
until July to send out the forms and Kathy Corrigan mailed them and Doctor
Kenneth Zonies never got them.
Did the Post Office screw up?
Did M.J Management loose the letters?
Taxi Access is an unalienable Right to travel with the County of Baltimore
County and the city of Baltimore.
I need some advice as to how to speed this matter up?
Does MTA fall under the umbrella of M.J. Management?
How about the Mobility Department of MTA?
Transportation is a Hassle in Baltimore, for I have never had this problem
when I lived in Denver, Colorado, and Seattle, Washington or Chicago,
Illinois.
Baltimore's transportation is behind the times.
As it is now, I must use Mobility and they are not very reliable.

Some people have to wait two hours before their Mobility transit Van shows
up.
