well you don't have to pay for it you can play the free use. and also if you don't like it you don't have to pay for it. that is great about these things you don't have to do anything. Not being rude I like poker you might not.

I play on allinplay.com all the time, there are a lot of members even before the tournament we had, and we have a good turn out for our first one. I try and tell people about the NFB when I am on there.

      Greetings all,

Thank you for your insight. Perhaps I did not make myself clear however, I am not discussing a fundraiser of any sort but more of a marketing or public awareness event through All in Play via one of their tournaments. No partnership with the ACB would be involved, and we would have an opportunity to reach out to all of the All in Play membership.

I am inclined to agree that there are better ways of increasing public awareness, however I am always on the look out for unique methods of getting our message out and this seems to be one such method.

I am in complete agreement about the ACB and the need for members to come back without us budging on our positive philosophy about blindness.

Thanks for the great discussion thus far.

        George

    Hi George
All InPlay is a vast waste land when it comes to the NFB. So many of the
members are just "so Greatful" for everything All InPlay does. It doesn't
matter that it is a site which we pay to use.

What kind of a game is it. You say you play, but just saying the name
does not tell us what the site is all about. Is it trivia, cards, all
  kinds of games?

      Greetings all,

Thank you for your insight. Perhaps I did not make myself clear
however, I am not discussing a fundraiser of any sort but more of a
marketing or public awareness event through All in Play via one of their
tournaments. No partnership with the ACB would be involved, and we
would have an opportunity to reach out to all of the All in Play
  membership.

I am inclined to agree that there are better ways of increasing
public awareness, however I am always on the look out for unique methods
of getting our message out and this seems to be one such method.

I am in complete agreement about the ACB and the need for members
to come back without us budging on our positive philosophy about
  blindness.

Thanks for the great discussion thus far.

    Hi George
All InPlay is a vast waste land when it comes to the NFB. So many
  of the
members are just "so Greatful" for everything All InPlay does. It
  doesn't
matter that it is a site which we pay to use.

    Hi Marsha.

I would think the attatude of the membership of All in Play would be a greater reason for us to outreach? My thoguht process is that outreach is like missions work. You go where the sinners are and attempt to help as much as possible while proclaiming the good news, in this case the Federation philosophy.

Agreed though that being grateful for folks doing their job is a bit much.

well you don't have to pay for it you can play the free use. and also if you don't like it you don't have to pay for it. that is great about these things you don't have to do anything.

Thank you for your insight.  Perhaps I did not make myself clear

What kind of a game is it.  You say you play, but just saying the name
does not tell us what the site is all about.  Is it trivia, cards, all
kinds of games?
