[nfb-talk] CA Target case gets class action status!

Hi Mike and list,

I too have made a number of purchases from Target in the past three months 
and I've been able to complete my purchases.  I think this is the case of a 
judiciary which didn't act fast enough!  I certainly hope this case will be 
an example and others will follow by putting accessibility on their sites.
