Hello Eric,

I use both fixed route and Para transit.  The fixed route bus service, where 
I live, is not too bad.  But, there is no bus service from my home area to 
town in the middle of the day.  So, if I have an appointment between about 
11:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., I take Para transit.  There is also no bus service 
after 6:00 p.m.  So, I just have to figure my schedule and which means of 
transportation would work best for my destination and time of day.

AGAIN, I AM NOT FLAMING YOU.  MY CAPS LOCK KEY IS STUCK.
I HAVE USED TRANSIT SERVICES ALL AROUND THE STATE OF FLORIDA, ATLANTA,
WASHINGTON D.C. AND IN CALIFORNIA AND FOREIGN COUNTRIES.
MIAMI-DADE HAS PRETTY GOOD AROUND THE CLOCK SERVICES.
YOU CAN GO ANYWHERE, DAY OR NIGHT AND ON HOLIDAYS.
I HAVE USED THEIR PARA-TRANSIT SERVICES CALLED STS, THEIR BUS SERVICE,
TRI-RAIL, METRO RAIL AND EVEN THEIR WATER TAXI.
IT HELPS IF YOU CAN SPEAK SPANISH ALLOT THERE.
THERE ARE SOME PLACES YOU DON'T WANT TO GO AND SHOULD SIT OR STAY AROUND
LOTS OF OTHER PEOPLE IN CERTAIN AREAS OR STRETCHES OF TRAVEL BECAUSE THE
AREAS ARE BAD TO BE IN.  NO ONE HAS MESSED WITH ME, BUT IT COULD HAPPEN IF
YOU ARE NOT CAREFUL JUST LIKE ANY PLACE AROUND THE COUNTRY TODAY.
I WAS IN TAMPA THIS SPRING, FOR OUR STATE NFB CONVENTION WHEN A GUY WAS
MUGGED OUTSIDE OF THE BUS STATION.  THEY CAUGHT THE GUY AND HE IS IN JAIL.
YOU CAN DO ALLOT OF RESEARCH ABOUT TRANSIT SYSTEMS ON-LINE, BEFORE YOU GO
THERE.
IT ALSO HELPS TO KNOW SOMEONE WHO USES THE SYSTEM THERE THAT YOU CAN TALK TO
ALSO.
