In response to Dave's message:

Is there a state:wide listserv for:

Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware?

That could be a start.

I know that Newsline toll-free service is scarce, so to those who are in
another area code, there should be accommodations. Example: the
six-one-nine area code for San Diego has _only _one phone drop; in the
eight-five-eight area code, which is long-distance.

We should lobby for more monies for more Newsline papers. I will soon be
contacting my Sacramento legislators for this request, because our funds
have run out, or have been cut. This is why I would like to hear
smaller-town newspapers, like the Santa Maria Times and Lompoc Record, both
close to the San Luis Obispo area; the Merced Sun-Star and Modesto Bee; and
Impacto usa, a Spanish:language newspaper.

I also would like to see more states put together "creative-writing"
divisions, and sponsor reading story times at local nls-loc libraries _the
_same _way sighted events are sponsored in their libraries. (Chapter
meetings should not be places where Kernel-Book literature literature is
discussed, _only at these events described above.)
