As I think about the issue on accessible currency the thing that comes to my 
mind is that the government would come up with some half baked idea that 
doesn't really work and call it a good and wonderful thing.   I am living in 
Canada right now and on the paper money here they have for signs do indicate 
the denominations of the bills.  The problem is by the time you actually get 
the bill in your hand the Braille is warn down.   It is not a system you can 
actually depend on so there isn't really a point to having it at all.
