Corey,

I hold no office that gives me the right to do so, but I think I can speak
for the entire Federation when I say that you are quite welcome.  We
welcome you, and moreover we greatly appreciate that you are taking the
time to understand how we got where we are and where we can go from here.

I would like to thank you for raising what is perhaps the most important
question facing the Federation today, even if accidentally.  We know what
is important to us (and now so do you).  The real question is how are we
going to go about achieving what we believe is so important.
