Congress is wasting their time passing this.  It's a token gesture
--possibly the only serious gesture the current congress has taken to
honor any of our veterans.  The impact of their gesture on veterans who
are blind is in the recognition that those people matter.  The impact,
positive or negative, to anyone else (including all of us here who are not
veterans) is minimal enough to be non-existant.

Congress is wasting their time discussing it.  As I said, Congress does
little else besides waste time.  Why are we wasting ours debating it?  I
don't think it matters enough to the rest of the world to risk any kind of
bad precedent.
