You are correct, Ray.  There are private companies that have policies so
discriminatory, as to ban the possession of service dogs.  Still others
_require other  blind people/children, senior citizens, and wheelchair
passengers to knowingly _not get on their buses.

There's fear of retrobution, if one sues, and they cite the A.D.A., but
this piece of legislation may attempt to stop that.  What this piece of
legislation attempts to do is say, once, _and _for _all, that "because you
are a privately-owned company, the A.D.A. _still _applies.
