hello dave i thank you very much for explaining to me.  so is there a way i
can do it for all my nfb lists on that surver all at once or do i have to do
them one at a time?  i hope you are well.

The e-mail reminder from nfbnet.org will only contain info on the lists on
our server.  I don't know what atcnfb is, but it isn't one of our lists, so
there is no way our mailings can contain info on it.

In the reminder e-mail there are links to all your lists, and you can put
your mail on hold from there.
