I'm sorry to say that it probably isn't.  This sort of thing happens now
and then.  I doubt it was anyone on this list--we tend to think a lot more
highly of blind people's parenting skills than some.  It was probably some
idiot sightie neighbor who doesn't believe blind people can safely raise
kids.  Morons.
