why they chose ascii for their book collection? Dasi or cd sounds more

Copy all your files onto a compact flash card or SD card with your pc.
Then 
place the card into your BN and you should be able to read all the files
you 
copied from the portabook disk.

I already have one or two on disk, I think it is porta book.  How can I
read this one.  I have an M-power if that will help.  I only have a

On a computer.  But iff you have, say, Open Book, you can turn it into a
sound file and then burn that onto a CD.  That can be played on a CD
player that will play MP3s.
