How the *expletives deleted* do you set this kind of thing up? You have a
blind person go and take a tour with the expectation that they're going to
either be allowed to take it or not. The response from the Navy set this
up, if anything. Of course we're going to respond--and I hope said other
organization would respond too.
Now, I suspect they'd respond by insisting on different redress than we
will, but they shouldn't and wouldn't dismiss the issue.
