POSITION:  Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor – Senior
This position is in the WorkForce Development 
Unit of Minnesota State Services for the 
Blind.  The position offices in St. Paul, MN and 
provides vocational rehabilitation services to 
customers who are blind or visually impaired in 
the greater Twin Cities Metro region.  Counselors 
are expected to provide all services as required 
and delineated in the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 
as amended including eligibility, comprehensive 
assessment, plan development and implementation, 
job development and job placement and support 
toward successful competitive employment and case closure.

This position requires a Masters degree in 
Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling.  It is a 
full time position, 8-4:30, M-F and requires 
travel in and around the Twin Cities Metro 
area.  Salary range is $34,389 - $49,966 and 
there is opportunity for advancement.
