The consumers we place in call centers use a headset from J3
Technologies which is designed to have the phone in one ear and the
computer in the other. It works tith the Plantronics adapter which
he also sells. I can get contact info if anyone is
interested. Aside from being designed just for us, it is a bit less
expensive than the one from Plantronics.
