Dear Alicia ,
I did not take her remarks seriously. There are some words and combinations
of words that can not be claimed by anyone, but used in combination with
others.
I just used it to explain how copy writes and trade marks work.
The history lesson was just thrown in to give it some background.
As for the leading someone down the rabbit trail; "Gots you!"
