Hi, all.  David, I believe that Kaye was trying to make a hypothetical 
point.  If you follow Cindy's logic to its full extent, it would make sense 
for AFB and ACB to go to court over both having the words American and Blind 
in their names.  Kaye picked a rather clever way to disagree.  She wasn't 
implying  that their should actually be a lawsuit between them.  Your rabbit 
trail, while interesting, really had nothing to do with the Serotek/Freedom 
Scientific topic.  Grin.
