Hello Georgians and listers,
According to the last Presidential release there was suppose to be
information on the NFB of Georgia Web Site:
http://www.nfbga.org
concerning tours to be offered on tour day along with the Air Tran
information. I looked for it, and the tour info was no where to be found!
Can someone tell us what happened to this year's convention tours? Thanks.
Peter Donahue

Hi, I am in Atlanta and I can tell you that the reason that there is not a
shuttle is because the airport and the hotel are both connected to train
stations. Why spend $$ on links when you can take the train for $1.75 each
way? Just tell the person assisting you in the airport ir ask a passer by to
direct you to "Marta." Then ride the train to the Peachtree Center Station
and take the escolator up to the faregates. A marta attendant will be glad
to direct you to the escolator that leads right in to the Mariot marquis.

Hello all:
I just found out from the Marriott, that no hotel in Atlanta has there own
shuttle service. but there is what is called LINKS. it is $16.50 each way or
$29.50 round trip. If anyone knows anything cheaper let me know or if anyone
is flying out of NY on Airtran flight no. 361 at 11:09 am let me know we can
share a ride together or you can make reservations at 404-524-3400. take
care.
