I seemed to have noticed that every negative thing that happens in
Convention is blamed upon preparation for employment, etceterah.

What would you do if your boss asked you to attend a conference at that
hotel?

The point about the decision being voted upon on the final day of
convention
is well-taken. Yet, I can't understand why so many people choose to
leave
early. The business meeting (resolutions, in particular) are the most
important aspect in my opinion. People really need to stay and make
their
  voices heard in such matters.

As for locations, I'd rather pay 10 or 20 more per night and avoid
Dallas
again. That hotel is a nightmare, and I consider myself to be a
competent
  traveler.
