The State of Louisiana is known for its friendliness; not rudeness!! I wish
to apologize for our state's behavior!!!

Hi, all. Ray, no worries, you don't need to do damage control. *Grin* I
know not everyone from Louisiana is like that. I know several folks from
there, and they are kind, generous, and friendly people. I wouldn't judge a
whole state on the actions of a couple idiots. Especially not after I made
the mistake of judging the entire Federation for years based on a handful of
people in my own state. It wasn't until I met Allen and Joy Harris and some
others that I learned what the NFB is really about.
Of course all the negative behavior stories at Convention stand out.
However, for each of those, I think there are positive stories, too.
Someone mentioned that you can make friends by running into people. I met
my friend Jenny in just that way at my first convention in 99.
