Alan,

I didn't get that feeling while I was at convention, but I had just found
my way to the CCB mere days before we left for the 2006 convention.  It
was probably not until the following November when I started to get it,
and possibly even only with the blizzard and Denver airport mess in late
December that the value of what the NFB teaches really took root.  That
was quite an experience, and quite an opportunity as well.

I wrote an account of what happened, and editing it has been on my to-do
list for months now.
