I hope not. Our position, already stated, is that we don't like how they
went about doing this, and we question their assertions as to why the
court must order that the currency be changed.
Readers of these lists seemed to be fairly well divided on whether or not
such a change should happen, debates as to how the ACB decided to go about
seeking that change notwithstanding.
I don't think we have anything to say as an organization until such time
as the appeals have all been won or lost. If the ACB wins all of the
appeals and the greenback will undergo heavy modification in its next
revision cycle, I've got some ideas for how to do it which have the most
pros and the fewest cons, IMO. But then, I'm firmly in the right idea,
wrong methodology camp.
