Hello David and listers,
Mary and I examined the Victor Stream at the national convention and are
impressed with it's capabilities. What has not been mentioned so far is that
support for Audible Books will be available in September.
Besides being able to read with this unit one can record with it as well.
It's great for making voice recordings and to record group meetings. I'll be
interested to see how the quality of the recordings produced by the Victor
Stream compare to those produced by the Olympus DS-50.

RFB&D support is supposed to be available by the end of this calendar
year -- according to RFB&D. It is mainly their issue, not Humanware['s.
Dave
p.s. I have a beta unit and it is great. Next apparently, support of NLS's
new digital books is coming, and the book download site will be opened up to
people who have the Stream, properly registered.
