Hi, Folks,
If any of you have had a similar issue with Outlook Express and JAWS as follows, please let me know a solution.
I open up Outlook Express and read and navigate messages with no problem. Then, when I switch identities, then try to read messages, nothing will come up in the opened message, as though JAWS lost focus. I could read what is there with the Jaws cursor, but can't read with the PC cursor. Maximizing window doesn't help. When I arrow around, the voice says "blank," and nothing shows on the braille display. The only work-around I've found is to close down Outlook Express and re-open. That seems to solve the problem. I only have this problem if I've started in one identity then move to the second. The problem starts up in the second. It happens in whichever identity is the second one to view, not always being the same one.
Thanks for any suggestions.
BTW, this started up when my machine upgraded to IE7, but am not sure this is related.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions you all can give.
Judy
