Hello,

    I have a hotel package at the Holiday Inn Capital that expires on 
January 30.  As you know, this is the site of the upcoming Washington 
Seminar.  The package includes two nights, four breakfast meals, free 
parking and other perks upon arrival.  The package must be used on any two 
weekend consecutive days, either Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday.

    I will not be able to redeem the package.  To you, this means I am 
offering to sell the package for $150.  The Holiday Inn Capital is 
conveniently located near the capital complex, the National Mall and only a 
block and a half away from the nearest Orange Line Metro Rail.  It's an 
excellent bargain for people who want to come down a couple of days in 
advance to do a little sight-seeing.  Considering Washington Seminar rates 
are already discounted at $99 per night, with regular rates significantly 
higher, both rates not including taxes, both rates not including breakfast, 
I am not dropping lower, so don't ask.

call the hotel to make the reservation so that I am equally sure of a fair 
deal.

    Remember, the package must be redeemed during a weekend period, which is 
to say if you want to check in on Friday, January 26, you better contact me, 
right about now?
