(1) NFB has not definitively expressed either support or opposition to 
the Holt bill. Thus, signing a petition is premature for NFB members 
IMO.

(2) On-line petitions aren't worth a farthing! Politicians don't pay an 
iota of attention to them in that there is no way to assess their 
validity. So it's a large, unproductive waste of time!
