There are a set of JAWS scripts for iTunes, but they're expensive ($50).
In terms of ways to fill up an iPod, Anapod Explorer is $29 and gives you
a Windows Explorer interface to your music.

Anapod Explorer doesn't give you access to the iTunes Music Store.
