My friend lives in Farmington Mossoueri, and she told me that it was the St. Louis Society for the Blind, which told her that they couldn't provide mobility training, because she lived to close to the highway. I told her this was wrong, and that she had a right to recieve mobility training. If any of you could say anything to Lynda, what would you say to her Yours RJ?
