RJ, where does this lady live?  It sounds like she doesn't have a very good 
instructor.  Dealing with a highway is only a small part of everything 
she'll have to encounter, and she needs to know how to do this, as well as 
many other things.  This is ridiculous!

Dear  Rj thay said that could not teach me because we live to close to the 
highway.

My mobility teacher told me thay could  not teach me unless it was  in 
school.



This girl wants to better herself. she is 24, and all she did was ask for 
mobility training. What advice should I give my friend? Can a mobility 
teacher denine some one training if they live to close to the highway?
