Thanks to Kenneth Chrane for discovering that Dawn Waters and the 
Harrington's do indeed exist in Australia. Unfortunately they have unlisted 
phone numbers
but we are getting closer

Also, does anyone know a paralegal or attorney that knows Minnesota law? We
need to file a petition for an informal probate in order for me to become a
personal representative. This has to be someone who knows Minnesota law as
this has to be filed in Hennepin County. I cannot move forward until we have
this person working for us or enough funds to hire someone!
