[nfb-talk] FCC address

Can anyone please give me the address for mailing complaints to the FCC? I
live in central New Hampshire, right on the edge between cable/satellite
services giving us Boston vs. Portland ME channels. Dish Network just
changed me from the Boston feed to the Portland feed. The Boston PBS
station, WGBH, had DVS on Nova; WCBB, the Portland PBS channel does not have
DVS. As an ADA accomodation I am asking Dish Network to give back WGBH, or
at least the NH PBS channel, which also has DVS. I want to send a copy of my
complaint to the proper office of the FCC.

Strange thing is when they switched me to the Portland feed, I also lost DVS
on Turner Classic Movies. I thought that would be the same no matter which
feed we got.
