[nfb-talk] newsline bookshare and a question

greetings james in denver first of all a great national convention. on to 
business, i recently subscribed to bookshare, and part of their service they 
offer newsline.  i wanted to subscribe to one of our local papers with my 
note taker icon, however i got a message saying that  only states that fund 
newsline have access anyone   ran in to this and does anyone here in 
colorado know where we stand in terms of state funding?
